Right, we had a tidy time here! The staff were well helpful, sorted us out with tram directions, real nice of 'em. The location's a doddle to get into town, just a hop on the tram. One downside, though, that bed setup was a bit of a faff. solid experience, mate!

Good size space in the family suite room, basic but clean and comfortable. The bathroom with bath and shower worked well. The living room had a sofa bed, table, and chairs, making it nice for relaxing. A bit of noise from outside was noticeable, but in general, it’s a quiet local area. Tram stop Grand Parc is a quick two-minute walk away. Connection to town and shopping centre is easy and convenient. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by unpleasant odors throughout the room, particularly in the bathroom. There was a damp smell lingering, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially under the bed where I found dust and debris. the kitchenette was poorly equipped, with only a very small pot and pan, making it hard to prepare anything substantial.

The Studio was pretty comfy, complete with a kitchenette that had the basics. It was clean and spacious enough. The tram stop was just a quick walk away, making it super easy to get into the city. I liked that there was free parking right in front. Just a bit of noise from the street at times, but nothing too crazy.

Had a spacious Economy Studio for 2 nights, complete with a kitchen that had a microwave and fridge for those late-night snack cravings. Location was pretty neat, just a short stroll to the tram that connects straight to the city centre, making adventures and wine tasting a breeze!

i had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at the residhotel. my previous stay in the city was great, but this visit exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms and proximity to tram stops. the comfy bed made for restful nights after a day of exploring.

I had a lovely time, especially because the staff were incredibly attentive and helped me feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean and functional, with a small kitchen that had just what I needed for a short stay. The tram stop around the corner made getting into the city a breeze. a bit more attention to room readiness upon check-in would enhance the experience.

It was just a great fit for a short-term stay in Bordeaux with great value for money. Only one day during my week stay was the cleaning service visible, but did tidy up areas when they came.
